Shipping policy

1. Overview
EdgeTK sells digital products only. Every product is delivered electronically as a downloadable file. We do not ship physical items, and no physical goods are ever produced or sent. This means there are no shipping fees, no delivery addresses, and no waiting for a courier.
2. How delivery works
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your product is made available to you automatically. You can access your download in two places:
• On the order confirmation page shown immediately after checkout.
• In the order confirmation email sent to the address you provided at checkout.
Delivery is instant in almost all cases. Occasionally, processing can take a few minutes.
3. File formats
Our products are delivered in standard, widely supported formats such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and ZIP. Some products are supplied as a ZIP file that contains several documents. You will need software that can open these formats, and a way to unzip compressed files where applicable.
4. Delivery timeframe
Because delivery is automatic and electronic, there is no shipping or transit time. Your product is available for download immediately after your payment is confirmed, at any time of day, anywhere in the world.
5. If your download does not arrive
If you do not see your download straight away, please try the following steps:
• Check the order confirmation page that appears right after checkout. Your download link is shown there.
• Look in your email inbox for the confirmation email. If it is not there, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
• Confirm that the email address you entered at checkout is correct and spelled accurately.
• Wait a few minutes and refresh, in case the order is still processing.
If you still cannot access your product, email us at contact@edgetk.com with your order number, or the email address used at checkout. We respond to all messages within 2 business days, and we will make sure you receive your file.
6. Accessing and saving your files
We recommend that you download and save your files promptly, and keep a backup copy in a safe location. For larger products or ZIP files, downloading on a desktop or laptop computer tends to be easier than on a mobile device. If you ever lose access to a file you have purchased, contact us and we will help you regain access.
7. International access
Our products are available to customers worldwide. Because everything is digital, there are no borders, customs, or import processes involved in delivery. You are responsible for any taxes or charges that may apply to digital purchases in your own country.
