Refund policy

1. Overview
At EdgeTK, every product we sell is a digital download. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except in the specific situations described in this policy.
This Refund Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions. Please read it before you make a purchase.
2. Why our products are non-refundable
Our products are delivered instantly and electronically. Once a file has been made available for download, it cannot be returned, and we have no practical way to confirm that all copies have been removed. For this reason, and in line with standard practice for digital goods, purchases are not refundable on the basis of a change of mind.
3. Your acknowledgment at purchase
When you complete a purchase and access your download, you agree to immediate delivery of the product, and you acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period that might otherwise have applied. This does not affect any mandatory legal rights you hold that cannot be waived, as explained in Section 8.
4. When we will replace a product or issue a refund
We stand behind the quality of our products. We will provide a working replacement file or, where a replacement is not possible, a refund, in the following situations:
• Corrupted or non-functioning file. The file you received is damaged, will not open, or does not function as described, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• Wrong product delivered. You received a product that is different from the one you purchased.
• Accidental duplicate purchase. You bought the same product more than once by mistake, in a single transaction or within a short period, and have not used the duplicate copy.
In most cases, our first step will be to send you a corrected or working file. A monetary refund is provided when we are unable to resolve the issue with a replacement.
5. What this policy does not cover
To set clear expectations, refunds are not available in situations such as the following:
• You changed your mind, or you no longer need the product.
• You did not review the product description, format, or preview before purchasing.
• You do not have, or are not familiar with, the software needed to open or edit the file.
• You expected different content, features, or design that were not described or shown.
• You found a similar product elsewhere at a different price.
• You downloaded and accessed the product successfully, but then decided not to use it.
6. How to request a replacement or refund
To make a request, email us at contact@edgetk.com within 14 days of your purchase, and include the following:
• Your order number, or the email address used at checkout.
• The name of the product.
• A clear description of the issue, with a screenshot or short explanation where it helps us understand the problem.
We aim to respond to all requests within 2 business days.
7. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, through the same provider used at checkout, either Tap Payment or PayPal. Depending on your provider and your bank, it can take several business days, typically 5 to 10, for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Refunds are made in the original currency of your purchase, United States Dollars (USD, "$").
8. Your consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Nothing in this policy removes or limits any rights you hold under those laws that cannot be waived by agreement.
